Ways to cope with depression
Come to our friendly group in Chelmsford!

Who are we?

We are a group of people of varying ages and backgrounds. The one thing we have in common is that we all have experience of depression.

We meet regularly to share how depression affects our lives - what helps and what doesn't. We want to be positive about ways to cope.

We share the responsibility for how our group runs and welcome suggestions for topics and speakers.

We cannot promise magic cures but we find it helps to meet other sufferers.

Confidentiality is always respected.

How can we help?

We can ease the isolation that you may be experiencing

By supporting other sufferers you may find your self-esteem increasing

Many doubts and fears can be alleviated simply by sharing them

Meeting other people who empathise with your distress can help make sense of the unhappiness and guilt associated with this illness

When?

1st Tuesday and 3rd Thursday evening of the month 8-9.30pm
